SOA Roadmap

Goal: Develop a SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) roadmap that includes the benefits of implementing a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and details about how it should be implemented specifically for the client.

Contribution: Wrote Volume 2 which focused on the benefits and implementation approach from a business stakeholder perspective

Summary of Project's Success: The client approved the deliverable and used the roadmap to implement a SOA across its information technology enterprise.

Based on the initial consultation, I’ll develop a proposal which will include a content plan, timelines, and pricing. Transparent pricing that includes a detailed breakdowns of costs and deliverables ensures that there are no hidden fees or surprises along the way.

After we agree on the terms of the agreement, a project kick-off meeting will be scheduled to meet all of the stakeholders and set expectations.

Drafts of the deliverables will be created and undergo preliminary client review(s) to ensure that we’re on the right track, after which, the final deliverables will be submitted and approved by the client.
